RSSTICKER SOFTWARE INSTALLATION AGREEMENT

DEFINITIONS:

USER: the person(s) or company(s) installing or using the software

DEVELOPER: eValue8 New media Applications, Nijmegen, The Netherlands

YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

This software is delivered "as is". The developer is and will never be responsible to any direct, indirect or other damage this software has caused or will cause to other software, components, computers or persons etc. Because this software is “as is,” we may not provide support services for it. The user uses this Software on his own Risk.

YOUR ALLOWED to use, copy or backup the software, use it from a network drive or storage facility. It is allowed to redistribute this software in its original state, without altering any of the files.

YOUR NOT ALLOWED to decompile, change or in any other way alter the software or its accompanying files. Its not allowed to rent, lease or sell this software, or in any way make money with this software, without strictly written permission of its developer. This agreement gives the developer the right to make changes to the software without prior notice. This changes can be on the soft-ware itself, accompanying files or the servers and its server software which are needed for the software to function. These updates can be send as a notification to the user, but can also be silently with any notifications.

This software might show commercial messages in either textual or graphical way. Commercial messages are always send via the developers network to its end users. Unless stated otherwise, the sole responsibility for these messages lies in the creator, usually an advertiser. You shall not hold the developer responsible for any commercial or noncommercial message or its content displayed by this RSSTicker unless the developer is the initial creator of that message. You shall also not hold the advertiser whose brand might displayed in the RSSTicker (Branded RSSTickers) responsible for any textual or graphical message nor its content unless it is initially created by the advertiser.

This agreement, and the terms for supplements, updates, Internet-based services and support services that you use, are the entire agreement for the software and support services.
